Cancel & Change Order Policy

At Kflange (accessible via https://kflange.com), we know that plans change faster than a package can ship. This Cancel & Change Order Policy explains exactly when you can adjust or cancel an order after checkout.

A dress ordered in the wrong size, or an address typed in a hurry, should not turn into a hassle. This page sets out the short window in which we can still step in before your order is on its way, and what happens once that window has closed.

Cancellations and Changes at a Glance

Canceling Your Order

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing support@kflange.com with your order number. If the cancellation is approved before processing begins, your payment is returned to your original payment method.

Changing Your Order

Within the same 24-hour window, you may request a change to the shipping address, the size, or the quantity of an item. Email us with your order number and the exact update you need, and we will confirm once the change has been applied.

After the 24-Hour Window

Once 24 hours have passed, or once the order has entered processing or been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it. If the order has already shipped, simply accept delivery and return the item using the prepaid label already included inside the package. Approved returns are refunded in full under our Return & Refund Policy.

Address Corrections

If you notice a typo or an outdated address on your confirmation email, contact us immediately. Address corrections are treated as order changes and follow the same 24-hour window; once an order has been processed or shipped, the address can no longer be updated on our end.
