At Kflange (accessible via https://kflange.com), checkout should feel as easy as picking out a dress. This page explains exactly how payment works, from the methods we accept to what happens if a charge does not go through.

Because you are trusting us with payment details every time you order a dress or top, every transaction runs through a secure, established gateway rather than being handled by us directly, so your card and banking information never touch our servers.

How Payments Are Processed

Every transaction, regardless of the method you choose, is processed through PayPal's payment gateway, which is PCI DSS compliant. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by debit or credit card: simply select the card option at checkout and enter your details there.

Payment Security

Your payment information is encrypted during transmission and handled entirely within PayPal's platform. We do not store, access, or retain card or banking details on our servers at any point.

Payment Timing

Full payment is collected at the time of checkout. An order is not processed until payment has been confirmed by the gateway.

Currency

All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If your card is issued outside the United States, your bank may apply a foreign transaction fee or its own exchange rate; those charges are set by the card issuer, not by us.

Sales Tax

Where applicable, sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined, first double-check the card number, expiration date, and billing address, then contact your bank or PayPal for details, since declines are issued by them rather than by our store. If everything looks correct and the payment still fails, email us and we will help you sort it out.
